H7100 Automated Haematology Analyser with an Extensive Parameter Range

Last update: 04.09.2026, 00:46:14
H7100 is a fully automated, intuitive haematology analyser for the quantitative determination of blood cells across an extensive parameter range. It provides a 6-part WBC differential, reticulocyte panel, immature granulocytes (IG) and immature platelet fraction (IPF), with measurement from venous whole blood and capillary blood. H7100 is intended for monitoring and diagnosing pathological conditions.

The analyser uses only six reagents for sample analysis and three-level controls.

Benefits:

  • Basic modes: CBC, CBC+DIFF, CBC+RET, CBC+DIFF+RET and RET
  • Extended modes: CBC+DIFF (LW), CBC+RET (LP) and CBC+DIFF+RET (LW+LP)
  • Throughput of up to 90 samples per hour
  • Sample aspiration volume: 20 µl
  • Three cyanide-free lysing reagents and diluent
  • Whole blood, capillary blood and pre-diluted blood
  • Open manual mode
  • Closed automated mode
  • Large 15-inch LCD touchscreen monitor
  • Automatic loading of reagent information via RFID
  • Easy maintenance

Technical specifications:

Measurement principles:

  • Electrical impedance method for WBC/BASO and RBC/PLT determination, including IPF, P-LCR and P-LCC
  • Laser flow cytometry for WBC differential and reticulocyte analysis, including RHE and IRF
  • Colorimetric haemoglobin determination

Calibration a QC

  • Three-level control bloods for daily QC, with clear evaluation using Levey–Jennings charts
  • Simple entry of control values into the analyser using a web application
  • Three calibration modes: automatic calibration using a calibrator, and automatic or manual calibration using fresh whole blood

Parameters and performance:

  • The analyser provides quantitative evaluation of 35 clinical parameters and a further 36 research parameters.
  • It displays three histograms, two 3D scattergrams and eight 2D scattergrams, and offers eight measurement modes.
  • Throughput: CBC+DIFF+RET up to 65 samples/hour; CBC+DIFF up to 90 samples/hour
  • Sample volume: CBC+DIFF+RET ≤ 26 µl capillary blood; CBC+DIFF+RET ≤ 35 µl whole blood
  • Onboard data storage: up to 150,000 results, including numerical and graphical information
  • Bidirectional LIS communication (HL7)
  • Dimensions: 665 × 870 × 820 mm
